Every MadebyKaira piece is crocheted by hand, stitch by stitch, and made to order. A single bag can take 20–25 hours of work. Because of this, all items are non-refundable.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds on any product. Once an order is placed and paid for, work on your piece begins and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns. Please choose your colour, size and style carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will help you decide.
Handmade variation
Your piece will be as close as possible to the images shown on the product page. These are handmade custom pieces, so slight variations in shade, stitch tension, texture and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged by the courier, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at madebykaira@gmail.com with unboxing photos. We will review the case and do our best to make it right, at our discretion.
Payment
All orders are prepaid via UPI. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Your order is confirmed once your payment screenshot is uploaded at checkout.
